Documentation
Everything AgencyDash does, written down: every page, every control, and the rules behind them.
AgencyDash is one platform for the whole client relationship — requests, projects, content approvals, contracts and e-signature, SEO, reviews, uptime, time and invoicing — carrying your agency's name rather than ours. This library documents all of it: every page, every button, and the rule behind each one.
If you have never signed in before, start with Signing in. If you are setting the platform up for the first time, start with Your first hour. If you are looking for one specific control, press / and search.
#The three portals
Almost every question about AgencyDash resolves to which of three portals am I in. They live at different addresses, show different navigation, and are governed by different roles.
| Portal | Address | Who signs in | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Agency portal | your-agency.agencydash.cloud/admin |
Your own staff | Running the work: clients, tickets, projects, content, SEO, contracts, billing. |
| Client portal | your-agency.agencydash.cloud/portal |
Your clients | What you choose to show them: requests, approvals, results, agreements. |
| Platform console | admin.agencydash.cloud/superadmin |
Platform operators | Provisioning agencies, pricing, spend, and the background job queue. |
#Browse by section
What the platform is, who each part is for, and how to get a first client live.
Everything your own staff use — eighteen pages covering every module.
What your clients see, and what they can do there. Worth reading before you invite one.
Tenancy isolation, two-step verification, impersonation, file uploads and the audit trail — the answers to the questions a client's IT department asks.
The catalogues, in full: every permission, module, limit, notification and background job.
The failures people actually hit — a missing sidebar link, a refused action, a button that will not enable — and what each one means.

#Conventions used here
- Permission keys
- Written as agency.manage_clients. These are the exact strings shown on the Your access tab in agency settings, so you can match what this documentation says against what your own role actually holds.
- Paths
-
Written as
/admin/clients. Prefix them with your agency's address —your-agency.agencydash.cloud— to get a URL you can paste. - Screens
- Every screenshot is taken from a demonstration workspace. Your own will carry your agency's name, logo and colour, and will show only the modules you have switched on. Click any screenshot to open it full size.
- Costs
- Where an action spends money with a third party — a search-engine ranking check, a site crawl, an AI rewrite — this documentation says so, and says what bounds it. See Limits and cost.
