Built for agencies, not resold to them

Your agency runs on eight tools. Your client should see one.

Tickets, projects, content approvals, contracts, SEO, reviews, uptime and invoicing — one platform under your name, with a branded portal per client showing only what you switch on.

Two numbers: agent seats and client seats · every feature on every account

2

What it replaces

Eight subscriptions, $1,433 a month. Or one, at $500.

Priced for a five-person agency serving twenty clients. Every figure is the vendor's own published list price — all linked, so you can check.

saved at this size. We charge per seat too — the difference is the rate, and that nothing here is gated behind a higher plan or metered per envelope.

Assumes five team members, twenty clients on twenty WordPress sites, annual billing, and two people who send contracts. List prices checked August 2026 from each vendor's own pricing page: Zendesk, Asana, DocuSign, Semrush, AgencyAnalytics, Harvest, ManageWP. Podium does not publish its pricing; $399 is the figure consistently reported for its Core plan. Your stack will differ — the shape of it usually doesn't.

How it works

The sequence an agency actually lives.

Win the account, set it up, do the work, show the work, get paid.

01

Win it

A proposal goes out from your template and comes back signed and sealed. The other side never needs an account — the link plus an emailed code is the credential.

  • Reusable templates with fill-in fields
  • Send, remind and resend without leaving the tool
  • Executed PDF stored, and verifiable on demand
Replaces DocuSign
02

Onboard them

A guided pass collects what you need to do the work, and the brand you will do it under.

  • Contacts, locations, websites and team in one pass
  • Logos, palette and guidelines in one place
  • Portal logins for the people who approve things
03

Do the work

The delivery surface your team lives in, with everything against the client it belongs to.

  • Tickets with priorities, assignment and SLA targets
  • Projects, tasks and repeating work
  • Content through an internal chain, then the client
  • Keywords tracked, sites crawled, reviews watched, uptime checked
Replaces Zendesk, Asana, Semrush and Podium
04

Show the work

Their portal, on your subdomain, carrying your logo — and only the parts you switch on.

  • Rankings, approvals, tickets and agreements
  • Visible per client, not per plan
  • Tracked without being shown, when you prefer
Replaces AgencyAnalytics
05

Get paid

Time logged against real work becomes an invoice built from hours already recorded.

  • Billable rates per client
  • Utilisation against each person's capacity
  • Invoices generated from logged time
Replaces Harvest

What you get

Everything, on every account.

There are no feature tiers. What you switch on is decided per client, not per plan.

Tickets & SLAs

Support and change requests with priorities, assignment, due targets and per-agency reference numbers that start at #1.

Projects & tasks

Boards with your own columns, task assignment, comments and attachments, and repeating work that regenerates on a cycle.

Content approval

Blog, social, email and web copy through an internal chain first, then the client — with the two kept separate on purpose.

Contracts & e-signature

Templates with fill-in fields, amendments, expiry, and a signature bound to a hash-chained ledger. No envelope counting.

SEO

Keyword rankings by device and location, site crawls with page-level issues, crawl-to-crawl diffs, and AI recommendations you can turn into tickets.

Reputation

Review monitoring with responses drafted and sent from the same place you read them.

Uptime monitoring

Every client site checked on a five-minute cycle, with incident history and the sites you have on file but are not yet watching.

Web Health

A plugin on each WordPress site reports what it is running, what is out of date and what looks wrong — failed logins, debug left on, an admin account nobody opened a ticket for. Findings become tickets on their own, one per site per kind of problem.

Domains & DNS

Expiry, nameservers, mail records and certificates, watched from the outside with nothing installed. Plus a lookup that answers “who runs this domain, and can we take it over” about a business that is not a client yet.

Time & invoicing

Time against tickets and tasks, billable rates per client, utilisation against capacity, and invoices generated from hours already logged.

Brand & white label

Your subdomain, logo and accent colour across the portal, the sign-in page, outbound email and the contract signing page.

Access & audit

Custom roles, mandatory two-step verification, and an audit log of every account action that you can read and export.

E-signature

If a client ever disputes a signature, you can prove it.

Most tools store a PDF and a timestamp. Every event on an agreement here — sent, opened, code verified, signed — is written into a hash chain, so altering any one of them breaks every link after it.

Identity, not just a click

The signer proves the mailbox with a one-time code, and you can add an access code shared out of band. Both are recorded against the signature.

A ledger, not a log

Each event carries the hash of the one before it. The chain is re-verified whenever the agreement is opened, and it says so on the page.

Yours to keep

The executed PDF and its full event history export whole — including to the counterparty, automatically, if you ever close the account.

Search

SEO work, not SEO reporting.

Rankings by device and location, crawls that name the page and the problem, and a diff between runs so you can see what your work actually changed.

Ranked where the client is

Keywords bind to a client location, so a check runs against the place that matters rather than the country. Desktop and mobile are tracked apart.

What changed since last time

Crawl to crawl: pages that started erroring, pages that stopped, new and missing URLs, and the biggest score moves first.

Findings you can action

Recommendations come out of the crawl and the rankings, and turn into a ticket somebody owns rather than a PDF nobody opens.

Trust

What your clients will ask you.

You're the one in the room when these come up.

"Is our data safe in there?"

Two-step verification on every account, not a setting an administrator can quietly leave off. Never behind a password alone.

"Who changed that, and when?"

Every account action is logged, and the log is yours to read and export. "Nobody told me" has an answer with a timestamp on it.

"Can the vendor see our account?"

Only when you ask, only read-only, only for thirty minutes, only with a written reason — and it lands in your audit log, not just ours.

"What if you move off it?"

A full export of your agency on request, with contracts and invoices coming out whole rather than summarised.

Pricing

Two numbers. No tiers.

You subscribe to the platform and choose how many agent seats and client seats you need. Every feature is on every account — nothing is held back for a higher plan.

Agent seat

Anyone on your team who signs in.

$40/month

Per person, billed monthly

Book a demo
  • Every module, no feature gates
  • Custom roles and permissions
  • Add and remove seats as you hire

Client seat

Each client you serve on the platform.

$15/month

Per client, billed monthly

  • Their own branded portal
  • Their own users, roles and logins
  • Modules switched on per client

The one thing that is capped

Rank checks and site crawls are bought from a data provider per call and per page, so there are per-client allowances on keywords, crawls, uptime monitors and AI runs. You can see each client's usage against them long before anyone is refused, and they can be raised for your account. Everything else — team, tickets, projects, content, contracts, signatures, invoices — is uncapped.

Accounts are set up with you rather than through a checkout form. Trials are real accounts, not sandboxes — you keep what you build in them.

Questions

The ones worth asking early.

Including the answers that are "not yet", which you would rather have now than in month three.

What happens when I hire, or win a client?

You add a seat and the bill moves by that seat's price — $40 for a teammate, $15 for a client. Nothing else changes, because there is nothing else to move up to. You can see how many seats are in use, and how many are left, on your own settings page.

Are features held back on cheaper accounts?

No. There are no tiers, so every account has every module. What a given client sees is your decision, made client by client — not something you buy your way into.

Is e-signature really unlimited?

Yes — no envelope count and no per-signer fee. Signing is part of the platform rather than a second subscription, which is most of why the comparison above looks the way it does.

What isn't built yet?

Social scheduling, traffic analytics, call and form lead tracking, an in-portal AI assistant and automated monthly reports are on the roadmap, not in the product. If one of those is why you would switch, it is worth saying so on the call rather than finding out in month three.

Can I get my data out?

A full export of your agency on request. Contracts come out with their complete event ledger and invoices with their line items, rather than as summaries.

Do my clients pay for anything?

No. Your clients never see a bill from us, or our name. Their portal is yours, and the relationship is between you and them.

Bring the list of what you’re paying for.

Thirty minutes, your real client list, and an honest answer about which of those subscriptions this replaces today — and which ones it doesn’t yet.

No card, no checkout form. Plans are set up with you.
